This page explains what information Wesley’s Equipment Sales (“we,” “us,” “Wesley”) collects through this website, how it’s used, and who it’s shared with. Information comes from two places: what you choose to submit through the contact form or delivery quote form, and automatic, anonymized usage data collected by Google Analytics.
What we collect
If you use the contact form, we collect:
- Your name
- Your email address
- Your phone number (optional)
- What you’re asking about, and your message
If you use the delivery quote form, we collect:
- Your name, email, and phone number
- The equipment you’re asking about
- Your delivery location
- Any notes you add (optional)
Separately, this site uses Google Analytics to understand how many people visit and which pages they look at. Google Analytics uses cookies and collects things like your approximate location (city/region level, from IP address), device and browser type, how you arrived at the site, and which pages you viewed. It doesn’t collect your name or email unless you separately submit them through one of the forms above — the two are not linked together.
There are no user accounts on this site, and no advertising trackers.
How we use it
Form submissions are used solely to get back to you about your question, quote, or delivery request — the same as if you called or emailed directly. Analytics data is used only to understand traffic and improve the site. We don’t sell, rent, or share either type of information with any third party for marketing purposes.
Who processes it
Your information passes through a few services that help run this site:
- Resend — delivers your form submission to Wesley’s email inbox.
- Vercel — hosts this website and the forms.
- Google Analytics — collects anonymized usage data as described above. See Google’s policy on data used by Google for more detail.
Resend and Vercel process your submission only as needed to deliver it; neither is used for tracking or advertising on this site.
How long we keep it
Form messages are kept in Wesley’s email inbox for as long as they’re useful for your conversation or transaction — the same as any other email you’d send directly. Google Analytics retains usage data according to its own retention settings, separate from anything in the inbox.
Your choices
You can ask us to delete any information you’ve submitted through the forms, or ask what we have on file, by emailing wesleysequipmentsales@gmail.com or calling (814) 439-2740. To opt out of Google Analytics tracking on any site, including this one, you can install Google’s Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on, or use your browser’s cookie/tracking-blocking settings.
Changes to this policy
If what this site collects or how it’s used ever changes, this page will be updated to reflect that.
